Anahuac Farm Tour

  • The Anahuac Farm & Cultural Center 9536 Parrish Gap Road Southeast Turner, OR, 97392 United States (map)

Visit the Anahuac Farm & Cultural Center with our in-person farm tours!

Please join us for a farm tour to experience the 60 acres of certified-organic farmland that  will soon become the Anahuac Farm & Cultural Center! We are excited to welcome our extended community to encounter the land and our cultivation thus far of milpa (corn squash and beans), tomatoes, tomatillos, chiles and traditional and native herbs and flowers. We will guide you through the 2 acre and 4 greenhouse production with native seeds we are cultivating that originate from the land of our Indigenous communities, share about our vision of upcoming building projects, and meet the already established barn and natural life that exists here on the farm. Did we mention that there is a preserved native oak grove?

Learn about our historic progress with our Capital Campaign, our plans for the next three years and how our dream is becoming a reality for our Indigenous Communities of America. Your questions will be answered along the way. The tour will be provided by Capaces Leadership Institute and Anahuac Team Leaders.

Group registration for a farm tour is available for groups of up to 10 people through our Eventbrite registration.  To register a group of more than 10 people, please email Sofia Baum, Capital Campaign Manager at sofia@capacesleadership.org  including the name of your group/organization, date requested, and number of people in your group. Registration is confirmed on a first come, first serve basis and also based upon capacity.
